Eligible participants: Applicants aged 18-29 who have aged out of orphanages, foster cares, or group homes, are supported for up to 2 years

The program has evolved from providing hardware-type support, such as ‘housing’ (1.0) to software-type support focused on ‘strengthening employment capabilities’ (2.0)
